Spotify won't accept changes to my queue

My Question or Issue

 For some reason my queue has been weird lately, if I shuffle a playlist and then make changes to the queue it won't actually play the order I've changed it too it'll just play what it originally queued up when I shuffled it, anyone else been having this issue or know how to fix it?

It seems this issue to be under investigation.

Please add your vote and details there so it can be better addressed.

I'd also recommend updating to iOS 12.
