Spotify won't connect to my Facebook

Spotify was working fine, but now it won't connect to my facebook. I can't access any of my songs or playlists, and its also not working on my computer. When I went to reset your password it didn't work. It tells me I don't have an account but when I log in to the Spotify website it lets me in. When I emailed support, I got an automated email, and they haven't responded in over a day. I'm not even sure they have customer support, since the email says posting on the forum or looking at the FAQs should solve my problem. I recently changed credit cards so maybe that has something to do with it. Thanks.
