Spotify won’t play through car via Bluetooth since iOS 13 update

My Question or Issue

 My car will show what song is being played however the sound comes through my device and there is no option to switch this.

i have tried reinstalling Spotify, resetting network settings, restarting the device, forgetting the Bluetooth connection and resetting this up

this has bugged me since iOS13 release. 13.1.2 update still didn't fix the issue 

the audio is playing with no problems, phone calls are normal, incoming call is displayed with the number also displayed.

but, the car audio doesn't show me what songs are currently playing. just plain blank.

Mine just suddenly started working the same night.

All I did was take a break from trying! Sorry I can't be more helpful but I dont know what fixed it, I played around with the bluetooth, turning it on and off, forgetting the connection, restarting my phone, reinstalling spotify, resetting my network settings.
