Spotify won't sync songs

Spotify won't sync songs

ok so I'm new to spotify but I am a premium account holder, with a new 64g iphone6, I've logged in downloaded the app, and added all my fav albums to my music ( no playlists yet) however I have selected available offline under the songs tab but none of the songs available offline, I have then gone and selected available offline on every individual album.... Nothing....every song works fine over cellular or wifi & I have already tried to delete and reinstall app again..... Help?

Yeah, mine won't sync songs from my iTouch or from my computer.  I connected my iPod with the USB and my device won't even show up. this is SO annoying. And it only happens on ONE computer. It plays fine on my phone and on my home computer but not at work and we don't have any firewalls against that so I have no clue.  ONE time it worked. ONE time and then it stopped again.

For your iPod touch to show up under "devices" in the desktop app, and to be able to sync songs from your computer:

You need have your iPod touch connected to the same WiFi network as your computer. You also need to have the Spotify app open on your iPod touch.

You cannot sync an iPod touch via USB. The text on the page that says you can is out of date, and it hasn't been updated yet to say that.

I haven't connected my phone to my computer because as a premium account holder I didn't think I had to... Only using my phone.... Any suggestions?

You should be able to download your songs for offline use WITHOUT using a computer.

Have you checked to make sure you phone has enough storage left?
