Starbucks Linking

Starbucks Linking

I am unable to link my Starbucks app with Spotify. Every time I try to connect to Spotify from my Starbucks app it briefly opens the Spotify app and flashes a check mark and then reopens Starbucks app and it shows the account not linked. I've tried logging out and back in of both accounts with no luck. Not sure what to do at this point?

Hey! Welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

So you can't link them? Hmm that is weird!

  • Are you already Premium on Spotify and wanting to move over to the Spotify-Starbucks one? Then you need to cancel your Premium subscription first and return when your current billing period has ended!
  • You also need verify you are a Starbucks Global partner 🙂

There's not much to do on this end of Spotify (the Community)! You can stop by Spotify ♥ Starbucks Partners or you can stop by the Contact Form.

 

They'll definetly help you out and it usually takes them less than 24 hours to get back to you!

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the agents will get back to you.

Also, there's an alternative option of contacting support via Twitter! You can tweet to @SpotifyCares 🙂

Yeah I am not sure I want to cancel and start over because I have a family plan and don't want to set all of that up again.

Unless you cancel your subscription, you can't link your accounts!
