Strange playlist appearance

Hi, I've spent last 2h creating new playlists on macbook. when i've opend spotify on iPhone afterwards, the new playlists appeared double or even threetimes. I've deleted the "dublicates". It seems like I deleted all the playlits. Can you help me recover them? The names were "soundtrack tdm" and "dance".
