Streaming problem Iphone 4s IOS 9.3.2

Hi, On my Iphone 4s when i used mobile conection (3G) streaming function doesn´t work, but it doesn´t happens when it is conect via wifi.

I check that the streaming has automatic selection of music quality and able to use mobile data. I tried to delete and reinstall the app too, but the problem persist.

My IOS version is 9.3.2

Any ideas? Thanks

Hi @forci6, welcome to the community!

Playing over cellular is based on tons of factors.

Would be good if you can do a speedtest on your phone using the speedtest.net app so you get an idea of how well the connection is going.

Also check the music quality in Spotify Settings. Make sure it is not at Extreme, so your 3G won't take the hit to buffer. You can try Normal and give a shot!
