Syncing Songs and Playlists

Hello people,

I need guidance for syncing my playlists and songs to my iPhone. Yes I have Internet connection, 1GB + worth of free space and a Premium Spotify account. Everytime I attempt to turn 'Available Offline' on, it will change to green but do nothing else. And then once change the view to something else ie. 'Account' or 'Browse' it will go back to off. This also happens when I press the circled arrow when trying to sync a playlist. Are there any solutions available? I have deleted and redownloaded multiple times.
