The Songs portion of my library went from +2,000 songs to 0 songs. Help!

Solved!

The Songs portion of my library went from +2,000 songs to 0 songs. Help!

I've been using Spotify on iOS exclusively for a couple of years now. Sometime in the last month or so, all of the songs in the Songs portion of "Your Library" disappeared. I still have all of my Albums (hundreds) and all of my Artists (dozens), and can play music from either category.

The problem is that I have always used the Shuffle All button in the Songs portion to listen to music. Since there is no longer any content in this area, I can't do this any longer. This is a big deal for me.

I have reinstalled Spotify on my iPhone 6 a couple of times now with no success. I'm running version 6.8.0.3786. I have 20+GB available on the phone.

I just fired up the web version of Spotify and downloaded the Windows version. The Windows version shows the same thing: No songs, but all of my albums and artists.

I have a premium subscription.

I finally contacted Spotify Support via Twitter Direct Message and got a resolution to this issue. They said that there was an issue with my account. They corrected the issue and asked me to logout and then log back in. Presto!

More info, which may or may not be relevant.

1) I always save albums, not individual songs. I may later delete a song from an album.

2) I download music by the album.

3) I always listen to music offline, always by going to the Songs section and clicking Shuffle.

4) I exit offline music frequently enough to ensure that Spotify knows that my subscription is current.

5) I stayed in Online mode during my recent research on this issue.

Oh, one other thing. I found the "Offline Devices" section of my account, and cleared it out. I then downloaded an album or two (after I had deleted and reinstalled the app on my iPhone) and rechecked the Offline Devices page. It showed my iPhone as the sole offline device.
