The new UI update

I have tried for serveral months to Get The new UI update all my friends have (i have it on 2 other phones) but i wont come on my new iPhone 7 plus or my old 6s plus.

But i have other friends that have The new update on 6s/7plus. I really like The new UI and want it on my main phone too

Have allready tried. But felt like i got an automated response. So Im not overaly happy about that.
