This music it’s grey and it does not play?

This music called “Dona Maria” turned grey and it does not play.

the playlist was set to play it random and, somehow while I was flashing back and forward to it, this music was skipped and now it does not play.

i am connected, so it is not connection issue. I’ve tried to uninstall the app and to turn off and on the iPhone. The problem remains. What can I do?

Hi Gabiirosa, 

A greyed out song means that the song is unavailable for streaming in your country for whatever reasoning. This could be due to licensing or request from the record label or artist. Unfortunately Spotify is unable to control this.

so, I undestand what you said, but that song was playing just a while ago. So it cannot just suddenly be unavailable, I guess.

do you think when the app realease a new update this problem might solve by itself?

If you physically try searching for the song (and not listening to it in a chart playlist), can you play it this way? What happens when you manually search for this song?

• so, it happens just the same. The song is grey. And what is weird is that I was listening to it, you know? It happened like that, the playlists “50 mais tocada no Brasil” was in playing in random, and I pressed this song (Dona Maria) to start the playlist and then, after a few songs, I decided to come back to Dona Maria. So I started to press to back to the previous song, and I acidentally passed Dona Maria (that was - supposed - the first of the list) when I tried to find this song pressing back and forwarding it has just grey. So I believe it is just some “bug” in the system. I just hope is reversible
