Trouble playing music

Trouble playing music

Yesterday my spotify suddenly stopped playing. All my musiclist that were downloaded on my IPhone 6splus aren't annymore and i can't play any music. Not in WiFi, 4G or laptop modus. Who knows what is wrong? I already checked my payments. Nothing is wrong. I checked spotify.com to watch my own account and it sais: premium. Strange thing my app on my iPhone says: Free. See the picture below.
Also already tried to re-install the app en change username and password. Both did not work. It also sais error 127 on my iPhone.

Can you log out from the app and then log back in by using your username (not your email address) and password? If this takes you to your Premium account, it means you have 2 accounts. In that case, we recommend you to get in touch with us via email, Facebook or Twitter, so we can take a closer look and close the Free account for you.

 

As of the app suddenly not working and stop playing, can you let us know what operating system and version of Spotify you're using?

I get this error message when I try to play music. "this song is not availbale....." this is the case for all the songs on spotify. I pay for this so if you dont fix it urgently i willfind an other streaming device. 

 

Did you get this fixed? I'm having the same issue and feel the same way.

Im having the exact same issue!!! Idk why this is happening if Im paying money for this..
