Two users sharing one account & better help support

My daughter and i have a shared account, but when she wants to listen she "kicks" me off and I can't listen. What do I do?

Hi @seaox1027 and welcome to the community 🙂

Spotify accounts are for personal use only, and are therefore not meant to be shared - you and your daughter should have your own accounts.

However, if one of the devices is in offline mode, the other won't be kicked off.

Thanks for the input, but I thought I was offline. I will see next time. It may just be as wasy as finding a new streaming service.
