Unable to delete playlist on iPhone

Hi,

I have a playlist/nested folder showing on my iPhone and not on the Desktop client, it's called iTunes (1) with an iTunes playlist inside. When I try to delete it the app crashes, I have re-installed and tried on two devices.

I've seen from previous posts that support can delete these? if so can you please do it?

I have exactly the same problem as I have an empty folder named Itunes that will not delete.

I also have the problem of not being able to delete a playlist from my iPhone.  I have deleteed the playlist contents (by clicking on the three dots and Editing)  but the playlist shows as

"0 songs"

and the playlist name remains on the iPhone.

I suspect I can delete the entire playlist name and its contents on my MacBook Pro (resync to the iPhone possibly will eliminate the playlist name - I have not tried this).   I want to keep the playlist on the MacBook Pro for other listenig environments.
