Unable to log into Spotify on my iPhone app

My Question or Issue

I changed my premium account from the family plan to the student plan. I was approved and i am able to play music from my laptop spotify application. However, when I want to play music from my iPhone 7, i am not able to log in. I know I have the correct username, email, and password, because i used them to log into my computer application. So that is not the problem. When I enter my log in information, the text turns red colored. Then text appears below the sign-in boxes saying "Something went wrong, please try again later." So I have kept trying over the span of several days, but I get the same problem. I am not sure if it is a problem with my phone or not because I have updated to the newest version, I have rebooted my phone, the internet connection is great, and i have deleted and re-downloaded the app three times. What else can I do? I am just so ready to be able to listen to my music through my phone!

Hi Elijahwaibel02,

 

Have you tried changing your password ? You can have help doing that by following the Changing password Article.

 

If it don't work, I recommend you to reach the Spotify Support and explain to them the situation. They will help more that i can.
