I too am having issues too this morning.

I can play songs available off line on my Iphone. Could not select any new songs this morning to make available off line - none would download  for off line.

Tried login on via computer to spotify - unable to connect to anything via this route - got code 117.

What country are you in @Shellx123 ?

Hi Peter

I am in the UK.

I have just checked again on the PC and when you try to browse it says not available  - off line

Unable to connect to spotify - trying to reconnect (Code 117).

On the right hand side of the screen all options shows feed not available off line.

Although now I am able to play songs for my Iphone  when I change the setting to online and use the browse function,  but the search function isnt working- no matter what you type in the seach it constantly says "Oops something went wrong"

But also on my playlist the tracks that are sync'd for off line dont really show as available off line - until you click into each song. I've made sure my settings are off line and I'm very much enjoying it's beginning to look at lot like Christmas as I type this but from the playlist menu it wasnt green as usual to show its available off line- it looks like over half my sync'd playlist isnt available off line - except it is when I actually play it.
