Unable to play tracks on my iphone

Unable to play tracks on my iphone

Hi, I just paid 4.99 £ and upgraded to Soptify premium, but am unable to play any tracks on my i-phone 5.

 

I have the same account on my i-phone as PC where I signed up for the upgrade.

 

I have also deleted and reinstalled the app and looged in and out too.

 

Any help on how I can get this resolved??

Just to check, what does it show in your subscription details on your account page? It sounds like you have subscribed to Unlimited, not premium unless I'm mistaken.
