Unable to view songs whenever I click on album/artist songs

My Question or Issue

Whenever I go to an artist or album page, I am unable to view what songs are available from them. I can still shuffle and play the songs normally but cannot actually open them. Playlists and individually searching for a song works but not this. Please help.

Could you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps? If that doesn't work, could you let me know if this happens with select artists you choose from, or does this happen with any artist you choose from? 

Additionally, let me know the exact iOS version on your iPhone 11. You can find this by going to Settings > General > About.

I have the same problem as @nikarin, and I tried reinstalling the app. However, I am still dealing with the same issue. Also, this problem is occurring with any album that I view, and any artist that I view. 

Note: I have an iPhone 6S and my iOS version is 13.5.1

I also have the same problem with any artist i try it with, i can look at the songs in a playlist I’ve already made but not in an album.

I have tried updating and shutting down my phone and deleting and reinstalling the app.

I have an IPhone SE and ios 13.6

Yep I have the same problem, been going on a few days now. Reinstalling the app doesn’t work and it’s the same problem with every artist. iPhone 8+ iOS 13.5.1

ive also been dealing with this problem. ive done everything like deleting the app, logging out and in, and deleting cache data. i cant click on any album to view how many songs there are or to preview the songs.

i have an iphone SE (2020) running IOS 13.6

(iPhone 8, iOS 13.5.1) i have the same issue, i can't click on any artist or album. i've tried everything: uninstalling/reinstalling, logging out/in, clearing cache, restarting my phone. a friend of mine with a Samsung Galaxy S10 has the same issues.

I'm having the same problem. I've tried a quick reinstall, which didn't work, and I'm planning to attempt a clean reinstall next.

Update: clean reinstall did not fix it. I'm running iOS 13.5.1 on the old iPhone SE (not 2020 version)

yep .. same problem .. up to date iphone7 .. delete app, log out, turn off phone... nothing has fixed it.
really starting**bleep** me that I cant add songs to any of my playlists
