Unexpectedly losing downloads

Hi. This will be the 2nd time I’ve messaged about this. The first time it was recommended to uninstall/reinstall my app. I have done that. It hasn’t fixed the problem. I have been using Spotify for a couple of years and every now and then my phone loses all of its downloads. Right now it is trying to download my saved music again. This is very frustrating. I am on Iphone 7version 11.3.1 

what the the heck is happening. I go to bed. Wake up and have lost all my downloads. I do not live in an area w unlimited wifi. I got in my truck to go to work this morning and had no music for the day. Very frustrated.
