Updating downloaded music changes

Hi there, 

i have hit my maximum download limit on my iPhone 6 and I have changed a lot of music to online only so that it frees up space to change my offline music so I can download new stuff but it's stuck on all the old music I had previously downloaded. 

I have cleared the cookies on my phone, logged out etc and it's still stuck. 

I also have one one other device that has let me download some of the new stuff but my main phone won't amend to the changes. Not sure if that effects it. 

Any ideas? Thanks a lot!
