Used redeem code but premium doesn't work in the app

Used redeem code but premium doesn't work in the app

I used a redeem code to get Spotify premium for one month and when I go to account settings it says that I've been registered for Spotify premium, but when I go to the app it says I still need to get premium. I  used the code I think about 12 hours ago, but it still doesn't work.

Have you tried logging out and back in again?

@puckfloren Can you log out of the app and do a clean reinstallation:

Yeah I logged in & out multiple times, and also deleted the app and re-installed it, and it didn't work..

Can you check your account to make sure you're logged in to the same account? Some people have a facebook account and also another spotify account so that led to confusion. Also can you login to your account below and make sure that its set on premium:
