Vanished Playlists and Disabled Playback

Vanished Playlists and Disabled Playback

I've been running Spotify on an Apple Ipad II with no problems until recently. The music doesn't playback - it shows the selected song at the bottom of the screen but the song never starts. My internet connection is fine.

Also, all of my playlists have vanished. Weirdly, it still works fine with all playback and playlists on my iphone.

I do not have a double account. I notice that's been proposed as a possible workthrough in other troubleshooting discussions for this same issue but that's not the case here.

Here's what I have done so far to resolve the issue on the Ipad II:

- Logged out of all devices and logged back in

- Deleted the Spotify app and reinstalled it and logged in again

- Logged in to try and restore my playlists from the Spotify website - the only ones listed were the ones I meant to delete and don't want back

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you!

Hey @Zoody25,

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

Logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with your music.

Hope it helps. 🙂

Unfortunately that didn't help. Still no playlists and no play back.
