Volume control does not always work for my Sonos's Speakers

I read that I needed to go to Settings, and tap on Playback, and select, I forget, one of two different settings, but the Playback button is greyed out and not available along with many other greyed out buttons. I’m a full paying member and I don’t understand why some of the settings buttons are not available?

The Volume Control issue seems to be related to the iOS version. I'd recommend checking out this thread and looking at the top answer for more info.
As for the other greyed out buttons, please note that not all Spotify functions are available when casting to Connect speakers 🙂
