Hi there @taron96,

Thanks for reaching out. Does it only happen on the mentioned Android phone? Consider performing a clean reinstall if you haven't already.

Let us know how it goes.

Hi Joan.

Thanks for your reply.

I tried the solution and it seems to have fixed the error. I didn't encounter this error for several days after a clean reinstall.

Hi Joan.
It seems the problem has returned. Today the same thing happened when I opened the app.

Hey @taron96,

Thanks for the reply.

Just for the sake of experiment, could you perform a clean reinstall again? This'll help us find out if the reason for this behavior is the cache on your device.

Keep us posted.

Cheers!

Hi Dian.

Thanks for the reply.

I'll try and let you know.

Hello.

I faced the same problem again.

Hey @taron96,

Thank you for keeping in contact.

To continue investigating this case, would you mind checking on a different device (using your own account) to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can borrow one from a friend or family member to test it out.

It would also be great if you could have that same friend or family member log in with their account on your device to see if the issue persists. This will help us understand if it could be account-related or not.

Lastly, include in your next response the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.

We'll be on the lookout.

Hello.

The current version of the application on my mobile device (where I encountered the problem) is 8.8.82.634.

I'll try to check on my laptop to see if the problem still exists.
