When I am trying to download the Spotify app, it's not clickable. I tried restart my phone but still issue is running. What to do? Please help me to fix this issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the post.

It's possible that there are some corrupted app files that are causing this issue. Go through this guide to do a clean reinstall of the app on your phone. 

After that is done, check the app settings on your phone and make sure the Spotify app is granted all necessary permissions and that battery saver is disabled.
