My Question or Issue

Hi,

 

I have a iPhone 6s and Spotify app not opening on my iPhone. I have updated before a days ago and after the update this is happening with my phone. I also checked uninstall it and reinstalled or logging out, but doesn't work. How to fix this issue. Any advice to fix this issue. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

 

Could you please let us know what's the iOS version on your iPhone? 

 

Running an older version of iOS, which is no longer compatible with Spotify would be a possible reason for this to happen. Right now supported one is 14 and above and we can't guarantee that the app will work as it's supposed to if it's installed on an unsupported operating system. You can find more info about this here.

 

If the above is not the case, feel free to give us more details about your issue (like troubleshooting you've tried so far, do you receive any error messages, if so - what kind of message, etc.) Sharing any additional information along with a couple of screenshots will be very helpful as well. This will help us understand what exactly is going on on your end.
