Will local files downloaded to a different phone that’s on my account be accessible from my phone?

i don’t have access to a computer so I can’t put local files on my Spotify account and sync them to my phone. But if my girlfriend uses her computer and syncs it to her phone that’s on the same account as my phone will I then be able to play the songs on my phone? Or do I have to be in the same WiFi as the computer no matter what to get the local files? I am not able to use my girlfriend’s computer as we are social distancing right now

To sync local files mobile and desktop app should be on the same Wi-Fi network.
