Won't connect on iPhone

Won't connect on iPhone

Hi there,

Having issues logging in. It just seems to freeze on the loading screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it is still not working. Any ideas what I can do?

My log in information is correct.

Let's get you sorted! 

 

But first can you tell us what model your iPhone is and what version of iOS is running on it? 

 

You can find this information via Settings > General > About > Version

I have an iPhone 6 and the version of iOS is 10.0.2

Okay, you make have already tried these, but here's a list of things to do: 

 

  1. Close all open apps (double tap the home button and swipe all windows away). 
  2. Restart the phone.
  3. Make sure you can login here - https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/
