Your Music sync issue between devices.

Your Music sync issue between devices.

Hi.

 

This issue has been driving me mad for weeks now.

 

I currently have my Spotify Premium account attached to 4 seperate devices, iPhone 5C IOS 8.1.3, iPad Mini IOS 8.1.3, Windows 7 Desktop and Mac Macbook OSX 10.6.8.


The issue i have is that, no matter what device I am using, if i save an album to my "Your Music", it does not appear in the "Your Music" listing of any of the other devices. To make matters worse, if i then log out and log back in on the device i saved the album on, it will have disappered!! What is going on? I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the app / program on all my devices and still this happens. 

 

I have no issues saving / syncing playlists just albums.

 

Please can someone save my sanity??

Thanks for your reply. I have already gone down the road of emailing the support team, but all they told me was to "Try a clean reinstall",
which i have tried on every device i own, but still no use. I'll try again.
