My music wont play on mobile but will on desktop

Can't connect to Spotify using 3G or wifi connection

At my gym I load Spotify on my Iphone, running the latest IOS. It doesn't connect at all, just stays in "connecting" mode. So I can only access downloaded music.

iPhone 7 offline sync too slow!

I use my iPhone trying to sync about 1000 songs offline and the speed is less than 200K/s. However, downloading on Apple Music can be 2-3M/s. Please solve this!!!

Is there anyway to sync your ipod with spotify without deleting your currently existing songs?

All the guides I've seen tell you to delete your ipod library and then sync with spotify but I don't want to delete all my songs currently on the ipod. I have an ipod nano 7th generation and a premium spotify account if that helps.
