i used to be able to change the volume through the settings in the app, there were three levels; low, normal/medium, and high. now i can’t find it anymore, it was very nice being able to have precise volume control with the apps volume and my phones volume. it was perfect being able to listen to music at a comfortable volume in any environment.
a silent classroom? low volume on the app along with being able to slightly adjust it with my phones volume buttons
loud stores or events? high volume on the app and adjust with the phones volume.
i miss this feature so much, please bring it back!!

sometimes i am such a blind **bleep**. i was on my pc looking at the spotify settings, and i saw the normalize volume setting, which had the volume level setting right below it. so i went back to my phone, back to playback, turned on audio normalization, and would you look at that! volume level controls!
so if anyone else seems to be "missing" their volume level controls, turn on your audio normalization lol
Hey @ThatSpaceOddity,
Thanks for reaching out!
The volume settings are still accessible via the mobile app 🙂
Go to Settings -> Playback and scroll down to find the 'Volume controls' section.
Hope this helps! We're here for you in case there's anything else 🙌🏼
Terrible solution, way too deep for a setting you want to have completely at hand.
I can't find it it doesn't sem to be there
i’ve scoured all of the settings in the mobile app, and still haven’t found it. that is where it used to be though.
my app is up to date so that shouldn’t be the problem, so i don’t know what’s up with it!

I turned mine on and it didn't work
thats odd, when i turned on audio normalization, volume level appeared right between it and mono audio.
