can't log in on my i phone

hey folks,

i have a premium account that works on my mac via safari-browser but not with the app. Also i cant log in on my i phone. I had the free version before an the log in via FB worked and workes. But i wanna use the premium account now. I tried so much but have no clue whats the problem.

Having the exact same issue - Does it say "You have already authorized Spotify" when you try to login on your iphone?

yes its a similar text (is in german)...hmm, so whats the solution?

Problem solved...

What was wrong: I used my full e-mail Adress as Username

Solution: just the name without @gmail.com is my username, didnt know that before
