When i try to go in to spotify in my iphone4s(new iphone i never tried it before) it always says to me that I can't use Spotify more than 14 days in a foreign country. The problem is that, I am not in a foreign country. My mobile phone is spanish, I am in Spain and my Spotify account is also Spanish. How can I solve it?

First of all, check that your account is set to Spain, if it is, with your phone go to this link (https://www.spotify.com/account/profile/) to check if your IP matches the country set on your account.
