In this case, I woud suggest contacting Fortumo here. They're managing your payments and will be happy to answer all questions you have.

 

Fortumo is a carrier billing platform which allows yoau to add your Spotify fee to your mobile phone bill.

it doesnt work

Im also having a similar problem. Though Im currently registered to a Spotify Premium with Globe Philippines since October 15th, my spotify app keeps telling me to go premium. I deleted all my other Spotify accounts and updated mobile number in current Spotify account. But its not working. I tried reaching out with Globe but they're not helping at all.

Charges via your mobile phone bill come directly from Fortumo, who then pass on the charge to us. To get your PIN code, I'd recommend you contact Fortumo, not Smart nor TalkNText.
