Hi @bkiii456m
Thanks for reaching out. Could you please provide us the following:
With this information, weโd be happy to investigate.
Keep us posted.
I am experiencing this problem on an iPhone 14 pro max using ios 16.3.1. The version of Spotify Iโm using is 8.8.14. I also have an IPad that isnโt experiencing the same problem. I have never seen these buttons before.
Hey @bkiii456m,
Thanks for your reply and for the info shared.
In this case, we suggest you logging out and logging in twice in a row onto your Spotify account. This could sound a little bit odd, but this way the system will force a resync of your account in general.
If the above doesn't do the trick, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app in the affected device to see if you noticed any difference. You can follow the steps in this article to do it.
Lastly, if none of the above does the trick, would you mind checking on a different mobile device to see if you could replicate this behavior? You can ask for the mobile device of a relative or a friend to open your account and check.
Keep us in the loop!
Hi, I've tried both solutions and neither of them worked. Also when I logged into another mobile device with my account I experienced the same problem.
have my spotify updated to the latest version and i have premium but i still dont see the music feed tab on the top of my screen. At one point it appeared on another account i dont use and now its not there anymore which is really weird. I really want to use the DJ feature and dont understand why i dont have it. I live in the US and im on iOS iPhone 11.
i couldnt apply images but heres screenshots
Having same issue and tried same solutions
Hi there, The Music Feed tab on Spotify is only available in certain regions and may not be available to all users, even those with a Premium subscription. The DJ feature you mentioned may also not be available to all users, as it is still in beta testing and only available in select markets.
If you have updated your Spotify app to the latest version and are still not seeing the Music Feed tab, it is possible that it has not yet been rolled out to your region. You can try checking back periodically to see if it becomes available.
In the meantime, you can still use other features of Spotify, such as creating playlists and searching for new music.
Note that the DJ feature may not be available on some older or unsupported devices.

I have the same issue. Actually still had the tabs on my older iPhone with an outdated version of the app and when I did the update I lost themโฆ
yeah but ive heard that its out in the US and Canada and im in Central US on USE servers, but maybe im wrong
Hey there,
Thanks for posting in the Community.
What you're seeing is the new Home Feed. This is how the app looks like now. We appreciate the feedback you've share with us. You can post in this thread as well, where the feedback is being actively monitored and relayed to the design team.
Hope this clears things a bit,
Cheers!
So if itโs the new feed why is Spotify adding features to the old one? I canโt access the new Ai DJ on my Home Screen because I donโt have the music tab. Thatโs seems fishy??
No youโre not wrong, Iโve been looking at articles and blogs all morning trying to figure it out. Spotify claims itโs out for US and Canada (Northern America) but some for some users, seemingly you and me, itโs just not. A little sad because they announced it almost two weeks ago as โitโs here!!โ Then 10 days later be like oh itโs a slow rollout its only a few regions, but not mention which regions. (Because itโs obviously not all of US and Canada users)
Hey there,
Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.
Could you try logging out and then logging back in twice in a row to see if that makes the difference?
If the issue persists, would you mind sending us a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.
We'll be on the lookout.
I wonder what the "select" markets are. I know Florida has it, specifically the Miami area. Wonder if anybody has it in New Jersey/New York.
I have everything required for the new AI Dj feature for my premium Spotify updated and all but still do not have the music button at the top of my feed. Did I do ski thing wrong or is it a future update, Iโm not sure.
hi i tried the solution you recommended and it did not seem to work i still canโt see a podcast or music tab on my home page
