Thank you for your response. Here’s the additional information you requested:
In the screenshot, the message reads:
"Do you want to change the volume? To adjust the volume on a connected speaker, use the volume slider in the Connect menu."
I’ve attached a screenshot showing the notifications for reference.

Additionally, I wanted to show another screenshot from my notification settings. As you can see, Spotify has sent 575 notifications in a short time, which is directly related to the issue.
Also, my phone has been updated to iOS 18 as of today. I will test the issue again, and if I can reproduce it, I will let you know.

We appreciate the info you've included in your response, along with the screenshots of the behavior. If you're able to replicate the issue after the iOS update you mentioned, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app as well by following the steps in this article.

I have tested the issue again on iOS 18, and unfortunately, the problem still persists. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app following the clean reinstall instructions, but the issue remains, even after performing a clean installation.

As a new version of the app was recently released, could you double-check so that you're running the latest version? The current app version for iOS should be 8.9.76.
