iOS 9 cellular toggle won't stay on

Just updated to iOS 9 on iPhone 5 on AT&T. Turned off wifi and went to use cellular data and noticed the cellular toggle wouldn't stay switched to 'on'. Reset network settings, reboot: nothing. Delete app, reboot, redownload app: nothing. Log in, log out, still can't use cellular data. If I go into the cellular settings, scroll down to Spotify, toggle the switch, go back to the main menu, then RIGHT BACK into cellular settings, the switch has been turned off. Again, im trying to USE cellular, but I can't. I'm at a loss. Any ideas? Thanks, in advance.

9.0.2 came out today. It fixed all of my issues. Whew!!

I'm having the exact same problem on my iPhone 6+.  Apple & Verizon haven't been able to help.  I've tried EVERYTHING except restoring the last backup.  If and when you receive a solution could you please respond?  UPDATE..............I've just spent another couple of hours with Apple and we have gone ahead and restored my phone.  Still waiting to see if it's resolved.

Restoring my phone didn't help. Cannot get the cellular data toggle to stay on. I've found LOTS of people online with the same thing but no solutions.

I'm having the same problem with my iphone 5s, mobile data wont turn on for any of my apps. If you find any solutions, please share!

Please download iOS 9.0.1 and check if that solved the problem. Hope it will work for you guys.

I'm having the same problem on my iPad Air 2, I did everything that mentioned above (delete app, reboot, redownload app, update iOS 9.0.1) still didn't help. But I have no problem using Spotify with the same account on my iPhone 6. If anyone have a better solution please help.

I have the same problem on iphone 5s!

I am also experiencing this issue so I contacted someone from Apple. They told me that they are aware of this jay and are working on a solution. They also told me that a software update is the only way to fix this problem so check daily for a new software update

I am having exactly the same problem, and it's not only with Spotify, it's with quite a few other apps.

 

I noticed this problem after I updated my iPhone 5S to iOS 9. Problem still there even after iOS 9.0.1 update though.

 

Any ideas would be appreciated.
