iOS Local Files

Hi there,

 

I have just noticed that all the local files on my iphone have been deleted, and I am unable to download them again, even after following the instructions as I usually would... My ipad still has these local files downloaded and they are both running the same iOS... are there any fixes that would help me get my local files back up and running on my iphone? It comes up with the green downloaded sign, but when you click on the music it won't play, saying it isn't downloaded.

Can you check the info over hereAlso, could you let us know what operating system and Spotify version you're currently using?

 

On the other hand, make sure both devices are connected to the same WiFi network.

Hey, I am running the latest MacOS and iOS and it still wont work... All apps updated too. Shows the downloaded sign but the music still won't play on my phone... Will play on my computer through Spotify. Have followed all the instructions online but still won't work.

@Maria_B still not working... followed all the instructions. Music just shows the green symbol, but stays grey.

Same for me as well but I've never been able to get my local files to match up in my playlists. I've had a support case open with spotify for several weeks and they still haven't come up with a solution yet.

Yeah, sounds like this is an app issue, aye... Come on Spotify sort this out! We're all paying customers, don't think any of us want to be paying for a product that doesn't work! Please fix this! ๐Ÿ˜„
