[iOS][Playlists] Please make all playlists shuffleable.

There are a lot of playlists on Spotify that when you try and shuffle them, it just plays all the songs in the correct order anyways every time you shuffle. Its not all playlists  but it is sometimes frustrating a playlist won’t shuffle and just plays the playlist normally. Also another issue on other playlists is when you shuffle the first song is always one of the first 5-10 songs on the playlist no matter how long it is or how many times you shuffle. It always just plays one of the first songs before actually shuffling the playlist.

Could you share with us a URI of a playlist that you can't shuffle so we can look into this further?

In the meantime, you can restart your device, log out and then log back in again to check if that changes anything.

You can also check this idea about shuffle as it seems similar to your suggestion.

We couldn't reproduce this behavior on our end, and the Shuffle feature in that playlist seems to function as expected for us. Would you mind us asking again if the advice of @Ver above for restarting the app made any difference for the listening experience? If not could we ask you for a short screen recording of the situation, so we can see how it behaves for you and to be able to advise you better.

no shuffle button. it’s just a play sign and when i try to shuffle it just plays the playlist as the order is.

Thanks for sending us this info. 

No worries, if you can't see the Shuffle icon on the green play button, it means if you tap it, the playlist will play in order. 

If you want to listen to it in Shuffle, you can activate it by following the steps here.
