iOS app crashing

iPhone 7 iOS 10.1.1
IPad Air 2 iOS 10.1.1
Both of my iDevice Spotify apps are crashing immediately when I open Spotify but only on wifi. When I switch to data they work just fine. Please help me

I would delete the app and re-download if you can and if it still isn't working maybe try and look into see if maybe your wifi is the problem. hope this helps 🙂 happy listening!

Yeah I've got uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled on both devices several times and reset wifi. Plus Spotify works on my computer on the same network and nothing else has an issue so it's not on my end. It's a Spotify issue.

I'm having the same issue. Is it related to the Sonos update today? It's only happening since then.

Happening to me too.  It's been 3-4 weeks now.  I talked to tech support.  They told me to get a new router.   not cool.
