iPhone App Not Playing Songs Off WiFi

I have an iPhone XR and am a Premium account holder and today the Spotify app has not been playing songs I do not have downloaded while I'm not on Wifi. Usually when I have good cell service I am able to listen to songs I haven't downloaded whenever, but today none of them will play. I have restarted and reinstalled the app and nothing has helped. Anyone know why this is happening?

Could you try using the Sign Out Everywhere and Remove Offline devices from your Spotify account?

I'd also suggest updating to iOS 12.4 as it's the latest version of iOS released recently.
