iPhone App malfunction

iPhone App malfunction

Hi all,

About a week ago the Spotify app made me login every time I opened the app, it never used to do that.  Once I was in, all of my downloads that I was able to listen to offline were no longer download (this happened on my IPad as well).  I messaged Spotify BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE OPTION WHERE YOU CAN CALL IN??? they told me they would reset something on their end, I’d have to delete and reinstall the app and re- download everything.  So I did, and now when I try and login to the app when it says new account or login, I am unable to get to the screen where I enter my credentials.  It’s like it’s frozen on the opening screen.  I’ve attempted to open and close and even deleted the app and re-installed again.  NO LUCK!  I’m obviously very frustrated as it’s been ove a week without my music :(. Can anyone help since Spotify doesn’t offer service to their customers?  Thank you!

I’m having the exact same problem!!! I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and either log in or create account buttons will do anything at all. I have an iPhone 7 Plus so there’s no reason for it not to work.
