Abend zusammen,
weiß jemand warum auf dem iPhone XS von meiner Mutter die Musikwiedergabe stumm gestartet wird wenn mein Vater auf seinem 14er Musik über Spottify laut abspielt? Jeder hat eine eigene Apple id und nen eigenen Spottify Account, wobei der von meiner Mutter ein eigener Unteraccount von meinem Vater seinem Premium Account ist!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. Hope you don't mind me replying in English, as that's the official language of the Community!

 

This type of issue commonly happens when the 2 users are using the same account by mistake. In this case, we'd first recommend each user logging out from the current account and logging back in, but making sure each one is using their own credentials to log in.

 

If the issue persists, we'd also recommend that each user perform a reinstall of the app on their own devices by following this guide. We recommend this step since it gets the latest app version and removes corrupted data from previous installations that could be causing issues with the app's performance.
