iPhone XS Max bluetooth and hotspot issues

My Question or Issue

I've found a weird issue on my iPhone whilst connecting to my car. I hotspot to my car to allow it to use google maps (Honda Connect) but also use bluetooth for calls and Spotify. What i found is that if I have my hotspot on, Spotify has issues with music playback as it becomes jumpy - but as soon as I turn hotspot off, Spotify seems to work as normal.

I'm not sure if this is an IOS problem or a Spotify problem - any light shed would be incredibly useful!

That’s a little odd but maybe try turning off and an your phone or deleting the Spotify app and reinstalling it
