iPhone doesn't recognize my subscription

iPhone doesn't recognize my subscription

I upgraded to a prenium subscription today (5 hours ago) but it still won't sync on my iPhone and iPad. I tried tot log out and back in, and reinstalling the app but it all won;t work.

 

Is this a bug?

Looks like you haven't signed in since you upgraded. Are you using your Facebook email and password? 

This is happening to me as well 😞

I tried it with Facebook. I don't like linking my Facebook to my Spotifyaccount, but even if i do it doesn;t work.

sytheveenje - Looks like you keep making new accounts. When you first joined did you create a unique username? Or did you join via Facebook?
