iPhone doesn't show downloads

Hey guys,

i use spotify premium on my iphone and i am wondering why i don't have a "list" which is called downloads in my libraby.

My colleague has exactly the same phone, the same spotify version and he has got the option to choose "downloads" when he is going to library.

Do you have any suggestions how i will get the downloads back to choose?

Try looking in the 'songs' section of your library, I have no specific downloaded songs area however the songs area shows all my downloaded tracks in a nice list, hope this helped

In the songs section i only see sll of the songs.
No list of just the downloaded ones...

Hi sorry, maybe try going into your songs section, pulling down the songs and at the top a search bar and a little symbol with three lines should appear. Click the symbol and it allows you to filter your songs list for downloaded and non downloaded tracks

that worked for me now.

but i am still wondering why my friend had the exact same setup (iphone, spotify version) and he sees the "downloads" to click on in the library...

That could partly be down to the system software of your phone or his. It could also be down to whether you have a more or less updated version of spotify

Must say, it's an odd one at least you can find your downloads now though👍🏻

I’m having the same issue, can’t find my downloads option. I used to have it and worked fine, but now I can’t see it.

Same!.Disappeared today. Effing annoying. I want to be able to see (and go to) whole albums & playlists that I've downloaded, not just indivdual songs in the (massively long) list of songs

Why did Spotify remove the Downloads section of my library?? Spotify is getting richer and lamer.

This isn’t a problem. This is a feature according to the soon to be billionaires at Spotify. They will slowly take away freedoms  now that they gave away the livelihood of so many artists to boost subscriber growth and create metrics to go public.

Unfortunately this section has been discontinued from the app.

You can also choose to list only Downloads in Your Library:

1. Tap Your Library  in the menu at the bottom of the screen.
2. Tap Playlists, Songs, Albums, or Artists.
3. Pull down and release to display  at the top. Tap it.
4. Under Filter by, tap Downloads or Imported Music.
   Note: Filter options may vary depending on the list you’re filtering.
5. To return to the original list, repeat these steps and tap the selected filter again.
