iPod

iPod

I have recently upgraded to premium. On my iphone it runs smoothly on iOS 7. However on my iPod (running iOS 5) when I try to swipe "available offline" to on it says it's available for only premium people which I am.

Does anyone have any advice?

are you using the Same Account that has premium? have you tried logging out and back in?

I'm using the same account. I've tried logging in and out but no luck

@Elliot-shiel Can you try this steps for a clean reinstallation, I guess the account cache is still stuck on your iPad:

Click into your Spotify App -> Logout from Spotify (Spotify app Settings -> Logout) -> [If you are on premium and have songs that are on available offline, click here: https://www.spotify.com/sg-en/account/offline-devices/ and remove all devices -> Go to iPhone Settings, General, Usage and Delete the app -> Go to App Store and download the Spotify app again.

Also clear off Safariโ€™s Cache under iPhone/iPad Settings > Safari and Clear all of the caches.

Still no joy I'm afraid

@Elliot-shiel Can you try logging into spotify.com and make sure the status says that its premium?

Is this premium problem affecting your desktop as well?

Can you go to the Spotify app and login via username and password only? and do the same for all the other devices?
