local files not showing up on iphone

my local files shows up normally on my windows 11 pc but on my iphone 13 when im trying to sync my local files from my pc to my phone so i can listen to songs that arent on spotify i turned on the option for local files on my iphone but nothing has shown up so please fix this since in the past i listened to music on my iphone with no issue what so ever but now recently it doesn't want to work and i am really upset about this i want someone to do something about this since i really want to listen to music and it's making me want to switch to another music platform and keep in mind i have spotify premium so it should work

nope nothing worked it just brought me to https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/Local-File-Discovery-iOS/ta-p/5384985 but my local files on my phone still isnt showing can you please fix this this is really annoying ive been using your app for a long time and to see it fall this hard for no reason is incredibly upsetting i need to call with someone from your company or something so i can talk to them about this since this is really getting out of hand my local files has not shown ive reinstalled it multiple times and to no avail my local files is not showing in my iphone only on my windows 11 pc so im gonna need someone to fix this or something or im moving to soundcloud or anything else that works to have music that isnt on spotify

Thanks for the reply and the troubleshooting tried so far.

Do you have iTunes installed on the Windows pc? The transfer of the local files should happen through iTunes. Can you confirm you're doing it like this?
