offline mode doesn’t work

offline mode doesn’t work

i have downloaded my playlist and turned on offline mode and i still cant play the songs. i have enough space on my device and reinstalled the app. i have done everything i could find online and it still doesn’t work. please help

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

 

We appreciate the troubleshooting you're doing so far, but just to be on the same page, did you use the steps for a clean reinstall mentioned in this article? It's also worth removing the SD card from your phone in case you have one and try again.

 

However, if none of this works, it could be related to an Ongoing issue. We're receiving some reports of this same issue on some of our users. This is now Under Investigation by the internal teams and we hope to get it resolved as soon as possible.
