I payed my premium with a pre-paid code and i sitll can`t use my spotify on my phone .
The same thing happend the last ime i did this but it was fixed the same day .

but i have got an email where is says that they have reseved my paiment
It sounds like you might have subscribed on another account by accident. Its amazingly easy to have two, one with a Spotify username and another using your Facebook details. I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to track down what has happened and transfer the code onto the correct account for you.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
